Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using My Roof CRM. They explain account responsibilities, acceptable use, product changes, and how future paid features may be handled as the platform evolves.

1. Using the Service

My Roof CRM is a business software platform for managing roofing sales, documents, customer records, and related workflows. By accessing or using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the platform itself.

You are responsible for making sure the information entered into the service is accurate, that you have the right to use that information, and that your team uses the platform in a professional and authorized manner.

2. Accounts and Organization Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account or your organization workspace. You should not share passwords, and you should promptly remove access for anyone who should no longer use your account.

If you invite team members into your organization workspace, you are responsible for assigning access appropriately and for reviewing team activity inside the product.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, send spam, store harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the security or reliability of the platform.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in a harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized way.

4. Customer Data and Content

You retain responsibility for the customer information, files, documents, and business content you upload or create in the service. You confirm that you have the right to collect, use, and share that information through the platform.

We may process your data only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

5. Plans, Billing, and Future Paid Features

Some parts of the platform may be offered under different plans, usage limits, or commercial terms. Paid billing, subscription collection, and formal plan enforcement may be introduced or updated over time.

If paid billing applies to your account in the future, the pricing, renewal terms, and any applicable limits will be presented at the time of purchase, activation, or renewal.

6. Availability and Product Changes

We may update, improve, rename, limit, or remove features as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

Scheduled maintenance, urgent fixes, third-party outages, or infrastructure issues may affect access from time to time.

7. Intellectual Property

The My Roof CRM platform, including its software, design, branding, and supporting materials, remains the property of its owners and licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

You may use the service for your internal business operations during your authorized access period, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the platform except where applicable law clearly permits it.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if an account presents a security risk, or if access must be restricted for legal or operational reasons.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination or suspension does not automatically remove obligations created before access ended.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data, except where such limitations are not allowed by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
