Email Settings: the emails the app sends on your behalf
Edit the subject, body, button text and PDF attachment for each email the app sends: quote sent for signing or review, sign canceled, document signed, invoice and order.
Video tutorial coming soon
The written steps below are complete. Producing the video? Use the video script tab — it follows these steps one for one.
Every email the app sends has a template here, grouped by event: "EMAILS SENT WHEN SHARING A QUOTE" (sent for sign, sent for review, sign canceled), "EMAILS SENT WHEN THE DOCUMENT IS SIGNED", "INVOICE" and "ORDER". Six defaults are created at signup.
By the end you can
- Find the email for each event
- Edit subject, body, button and attachment
- Use tokens in the subject

Open Email Settings
/settings?activeTab=email-settingsGo to Settings → Email Settings.
You should see: Sections by event, each with "Edit template".
Edit a template
/settings?activeTab=email-settingsClick "Edit template" on the quote sent-for-sign email. Change the Subject (use the token picker, default "{{ACCOUNT_NAME}} has sent you a quote"), the Body, the "Button text" (default "Review and Sign Quote") and the "Attach PDF to this email" switch. Save.
You should see: Future sends use the new wording.
Know the defaults
/settings?activeTab=email-settingsRead the other defaults: "{{ACCOUNT_NAME}} changed your quote." (republish), "Your quote from {{ACCOUNT_NAME}} has been signed", "Please review the attached invoice", "{{ACCOUNT_NAME}} has sent you an order".
You should see: Each can be edited the same way.
Tips
- Appointment and stage messages are not here; they live under Automations.
