Glossary

The words you will meet in the app and in these guides, explained in plain language. Each entry links to the lesson that covers it.

A

Accepted snapshot
The locked record of exactly what the homeowner signed: the chosen option, upgrades and totals. Invoices and orders are built from it, never from the editable draft.Create and send an invoice

Additional price list
A second set of prices that overrides the default product list for a specific proposal or layout, for example retail versus insurance pricing.Additional price lists and overrides
Automatic pricing

Invoice
