Set up your branding: logo, colours and company details
Make every proposal, email and the app itself carry your company name, logo and colour. Ten minutes that pay off on every document you ever send.
Video tutorial coming soon
The written steps below are complete. Producing the video? Use the video script tab — it follows these steps one for one.
Branding is the first thing to set up because almost everything downstream reads from it: the cover page of proposals, the sidebar company chip, the Reply-To address on automatic emails, and the colour of every button in the app.
The page has four cards: Report Themes, Account Details, Company Logo and Brand Colors. Changes save when you click Save at the bottom.
By the end you can
- Choose a report theme and upload a logo
- Fill in the account details that appear on every proposal
- Set brand colours and see them applied across the app
- Know which fields double as the reply-to address and the sidebar name

Step by step
Open Branding
/brandingIn the sidebar, under Setup, click "Branding".
You should see: Cards titled "Report Themes", "Account Details" ("These details will appear on your reports"), "Company Logo" and "Brand Colors".
Pick a report theme
/brandingIn Report Themes, click through Theme 1 to Theme 6 and pick the cover style you like. You can change it any time.
You should see: The selected theme is highlighted.
Fill in Account Details
/brandingEnter Account Name (your trading name, for example "Acme Roofing Co."), Company Email, Company Phone, Website, Business License # and the "We can help with..." line that appears on the cover page.
You should see: All fields accept text. Nothing is saved yet.
Leave Account Name as the placeholder and the sidebar falls back to the organization name created at signup ("<Your name>'s Company"), which looks unprofessional.
Upload your logo
/brandingIn Company Logo click "Upload Logo" and choose an image file (PNG with a transparent background works best). Use "Change Logo" or "Remove" later if needed.
You should see: A preview of the logo appears in the card.
Set brand colours
/brandingIn Brand Colors pick a Primary Color and a Secondary Color. Avoid pure black or pure white as the primary: those are ignored for app theming.
You should see: The colour swatches update. "Reset" returns to the defaults.
Save and check the result
/brandingClick Save. Then look at the sidebar chip and any button.
You should see: Toast: "Branding settings saved successfully!". The sidebar chip shows your Account Name and logo; buttons use your primary colour.
Tips
- Company Email is the Reply-To for automatic appointment and stage messages. Use a monitored inbox.
- The "We can help with..." line is a one-sentence pitch printed on the cover page, for example "Roof replacement, repairs and storm damage inspections".
Troubleshooting
I set a colour but the app still looks blue.
Near-black and near-white primaries are ignored on purpose. Choose a mid-tone colour and save again, then reload.
