Attach tutorial videos to help guides
Paste a YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or direct video link onto a guide from the admin panel, order multiple videos, edit or remove them, and see the result on the public guide.

Before you record
- An unlisted test video on YouTube.
- Record at 1920×1080, browser zoom 100%, light theme, sidebar expanded, no personal data on screen. See Recording standards.
The viewer is assumed to have: A super-admin account; The video published on YouTube (unlisted is fine), Vimeo or Loom.

1. Open Help videos

Help videos shows every guide and which ones still need a video.
Show before cutting: Counts for Guides, With a video and Still to record; a search box; a switch "Only guides without a video"; guides grouped by module with an "Add video" button each.
2. Add a video
0:54 · 34sClick "Add video" on a guide. Paste the link into "Video link", check the provider detection line, adjust the Title, add an optional Note and click "Attach video".
Paste the YouTube link; the app recognises it and previews it. Attach, and it is live.
Show before cutting: The link is validated: YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or a direct https .mp4/.webm file. A preview appears for hosted videos. Toast "Video attached to the guide".
3. Order, edit, remove
1:28 · 34sUse the up/down arrows to make a video the Main one, the pencil to edit title, link or note, and the bin to remove (confirm "Remove video").
The first video is the main one. Reorder, edit or remove at any time.
Show before cutting: Changes save immediately; removal does not delete the video from its host.
4. Check the guide

Open the guide: the video is embedded, and the course outline marks the lesson as having a video.
Show before cutting: The video plays under the title; the course outline shows a play icon next to the lesson.
