2. 1. Sign now

   On the job page click "View report" on the draft proposal and then "Sign now". Hand the device to the homeowner.

   Sitting with the homeowner? View report, Sign now, hand them the tablet. Same signing page, no email round-trip.

   Show before cutting: The e-sign page opens; they choose an option, tick upgrades and sign. "Sign now" is offered only from the job page, not from the editor's Review and Share.

3. 2. Manual Sign

   In the preview click "Manual Sign". In "Select Manual Signer" pick the signer, then complete with "Save and Manually Sign" / "Complete Manual Sign".

   Signed on paper? Manual Sign records it against the right signer so the job and the invoice line up.

   Show before cutting: The card shows "Manual sign <date>" and the Signer Status dialog says "Signed manually".

4. 3. Check the outcome

   Look at the board and job.

   Either way the job is Signed and ready for the order and invoice.

   Show before cutting: Job in Signed, value set, "Create order" and "Create invoice" available on the card.
