Track opens, edit after sending and republish
Read the open tracking on cards and activity, understand that the homeowner sees a frozen version, edit a sent proposal, and republish so they see the change.

- A sent, opened proposal that you then edit on camera.
- Record at 1920×1080, browser zoom 100%, light theme, sidebar expanded, no personal data on screen. See Recording standards.

1. Read the tracking
0:20 · 41sOn the board and job page read the chip: "Sent 2h ago", "Opened 3× · yesterday", "Not opened · sent 4d ago" (amber). In Activity read "Homeowner opened the proposal" and "Homeowner viewed the proposal again".
The chip is your follow-up list. Amber means three days and no open: call them.
Show before cutting: Amber appears after three days without an open.
2. Edit after sending
1:01 · 41sOn the job page click "Open for editing". Read the warning "Changes stay internal until republished" and click "Continue editing". Change a price.
You can keep editing after sending. The app reminds you that the homeowner is still looking at the version you sent.
Show before cutting: The card now reads "Draft changed. Republish to update the customer view."; the homeowner still sees the old version.
3. Republish
1:42 · 41sClick "Review and Share". Read "This draft has unpublished changes…" and click "Republish & Send". Send the email (the "changed your quote" template is used by default).
Republish and Send pushes the new version to the same link and emails the homeowner that the quote changed.
Show before cutting: The warning clears; the homeowner's link now shows the new version. Activity logs a new send.
4. Link lifetime
2:23 · 41sRemember the share link is valid for 14 days. After that, re-send from the preview.
Links live fourteen days. Re-send if the homeowner has been thinking for a while.
Show before cutting: An expired link shows "This link has expired or was replaced by a newer version. Ask your contractor to send the proposal again."
