Can I make someone else an admin?

There are only two roles, Owner and Member, and ownership is not transferable from the UI. Contact support if the owner changes.

Preconditions

You are the workspace owner
A plan with more than one seat (Pro, Enterprise or the beta)
A workspace on a plan with free seats.
A second inbox you can open on screen to show the invitation (blur any personal data).

Steps

1. Open TeamDo: In the sidebar under Setup, click "Team".Expect: Heading "Team" with the subtitle "Manage members and send invitations". Cards: "Invite Member", "Members" and "Pending Invites".Actual:
2. Send an inviteDo: In Invite Member, type the person's email address and click "Send Invite".Expect: The email appears under Pending Invites with Sent, Expires (48 hours) and Status "Pending". Inviting an existing member or the same email twice is refused with a clear message.Actual:
3. What the invitee seesDo: The invitee opens the link in their email. They see "You're invited!" and "Join <Company> as MEMBER", click "Accept Invitation", then create a password (or enter their existing one if they already have an account) and click "Create Account & Join" (or "Confirm & Join").Expect: "Welcome aboard!" appears and they are taken to the board two seconds later. An expired or used link shows "Invalid Invitation".Actual:
