The Jobs list: grid, list, status and delete
Use the Jobs page (headed "Projects") to search every job, switch between grid and list, change OPEN/WON/LOST status and delete a job.
Video tutorial coming soon
The written steps below are complete. Producing the video? Use the video script tab — it follows these steps one for one.
The board shows stages; the Jobs page shows the same jobs as a searchable list with status and revenue. It is the better view when you need to find one job among hundreds or scan revenue by customer.
By the end you can
- Search and switch views
- Change a job status from the card
- Delete a job with confirmation
Screens used
Step by step
Open Jobs
/projectsClick "Jobs" in the sidebar.
You should see: The page heading reads "Projects" with the search box "Search by project or client name...", a grid/list toggle and "Create new project".
Switch to list view and search
/projectsClick the list icon. Type a client name into the search box.
You should see: Columns: Project, Client, Status, Revenue, Created. Rows filter as you type.
Change status from a card
/projectsSwitch back to grid. On a card open the status dropdown and pick OPEN, WON or LOST.
You should see: The badge updates. Choosing DELETE opens a "Delete Project" confirmation.
Status and stage are related but different: moving to Signed on the board sets WON automatically; marking LOST here is the same as "Mark as lost" on the board. Choosing WON here moves the job to Signed, and choosing OPEN on a won job moves it back to Quote sent.
Open a job
/projectsClick a card or row.
You should see: The job page opens.

Mark a job lost, reopen it, or delete it
Keep the board honest: mark jobs lost so they drop out of totals, reopen them when the homeowner calls back, and delete test jobs completely.
