PDF Upload pages and Shared PDF pages
Attach a one-off PDF to a single proposal, or reuse a brochure or certificate from your Files library as a Shared PDF page.
Video tutorial coming soon
The written steps below are complete. Producing the video? Use the video script tab — it follows these steps one for one.
Two page types carry PDFs. "PDF Upload" is for a document that belongs to this proposal only, such as a permit. "Shared PDF" pulls a file you uploaded once in Settings → PDFs, such as a manufacturer brochure or warranty certificate, so it is identical in every proposal. The homeowner sees them under "Attached documents".
By the end you can
- Add a PDF Upload page
- Add a Shared PDF page from the library
- Know where they appear for the homeowner
