Billing Settings

View Subscription and Payment Activity

Use Billing Settings to review your current subscription and recent recurring billing events.

This page is read-only and includes:

  • Current plan
  • Billing interval
  • Active seats and extra seats
  • Subscription status and renewal period
  • Payment history (latest events)

Open Billing Settings

  1. Go to Configuration > Billing.
  2. Review the three sections:
    • Current Plan
    • Subscription Status
    • Payment History

Direct route: /settings/billing

What to Watch

  • Status badge in Subscription Status:
    • ACTIVE or SUCCESS indicates healthy billing.
    • FAILED, PAST_DUE, or CANCELED indicates billing issues.
  • Read-only warning appears if billing issues restricted account access.
  • Seat count shows current seats vs included seats on your plan.

Payment History Columns

Each row includes:

  • Date
  • Event type
  • Amount
  • Provider
  • Status
  • Reference ID (invoice/payment intent/event reference)

Use this view for billing reconciliation and internal tracking.
