The Product List (default pricing) is your master catalog of products and services.

Every item used in quotes and additional price lists starts here.

Product List vs Additional Price Lists

• Product List (default pricing): the base catalog for your organization
• Additional Price Lists: custom list variants that reuse Product List items with optional overrides

Think of Product List as your base price book, and Additional Price Lists as scenario-specific overlays.

Where to Access

1. Go to Configuration > Settings.
2. Open Products & Pricing.
3. Use:
   • Product List (default pricing) > Edit icon to manage base items
   • Manage Price Lists to create and maintain additional price lists

Suggested Workflow

1. Build and maintain base items in Product List.
2. Create additional price lists for customer segments, territories, or pricing strategies.
3. Keep base costs clean and apply selective overrides only where needed.
