Control Revenue Automation for Signed Agreements
The Project Settings tab in Account Settings controls one account-wide behavior:
- Whether signed/approved agreements automatically set projects to WON and copy the signed total into Project Revenue.
Use this setting when you want dashboard revenue to update automatically instead of manually entering revenue project-by-project.
Open Project Settings
- Go to Configuration > Settings.
- In the left sidebar, click Project Settings.
You can also open it directly at /settings?activeTab=project-settings.
Enable or Disable Auto Revenue
- Find Auto-generate project revenue on signed agreements.
- Toggle it ON to enable automation, or OFF to keep revenue fully manual.
- Wait for the success toast confirming the change.
When this setting is ON:
- Fully signed or approved agreements automatically move the project to WON.
- The signed report total is copied to project revenue.
When this setting is OFF:
- Signed agreements do not auto-update project revenue.
- You can still set revenue manually on each project.
When to Use This
Use ON when your team wants consistent, automatic dashboard revenue tracking.
Use OFF when your process requires manual revenue control (for example, if signed totals are adjusted later for billing or scope changes).
