Email Settings

Manage Automated Email Templates

The Email Settings tab is where you manage reusable email templates used by MyRoofCRM workflows.

Templates are grouped by delivery context:

  • Emails sent when sharing a quote
  • Emails sent when a document is signed
  • Invoice emails
  • Order emails

Open Email Settings

  1. Go to Configuration > Settings.
  2. Click Email Settings in the left sidebar.

Edit a Template

  1. In the relevant section, find the template you want to change.
  2. Click Edit template.
  3. Update the subject/body content.
  4. Save the template.

Your saved template becomes the new default for future sends of that email type.


Best Practices

  • Keep subject lines short and action-focused.
  • Use tokens/placeholders where available so each message is personalized.
  • Keep invoice/order emails concise and include only the details customers need to take the next step.
