Email Settings
Manage Automated Email Templates
The Email Settings tab is where you manage reusable email templates used by MyRoofCRM workflows.
Templates are grouped by delivery context:
- Emails sent when sharing a quote
- Emails sent when a document is signed
- Invoice emails
- Order emails
Open Email Settings
- Go to Configuration > Settings.
- Click Email Settings in the left sidebar.

Edit a Template
- In the relevant section, find the template you want to change.
- Click Edit template.
- Update the subject/body content.
- Save the template.
Your saved template becomes the new default for future sends of that email type.
Best Practices
- Keep subject lines short and action-focused.
- Use tokens/placeholders where available so each message is personalized.
- Keep invoice/order emails concise and include only the details customers need to take the next step.
