Team Settings
Manage Members and Invitations
Use Team Settings to invite teammates, review active members, revoke pending invites, and remove members.
Open Team Settings
- Go to Configuration > Team (or open Configuration > Settings > Team).
- You will see:
- Invite Member form
- Members table
- Pending Invites table (if invites exist)
Direct route: /settings/team
Invite a Team Member
- Enter your teammate's email in Invite Member.
- Click Send Invite.
- The teammate receives an email with an invite link.
Important behavior:
- Only organization OWNER users can send invites.
- Team invites are available on PRO and ENTERPRISE plans.
- Each invite expires after 48 hours.
Manage Existing Members
In the Members table, you can review:
- Role (OWNER or MEMBER)
- Join date
- Last active date
Owners can remove non-owner members using the remove action in the table.
Manage Pending Invites
In Pending Invites, owners can:
- Check sent and expiry dates
- Revoke a pending invite
Expired invites are marked as Expired and cannot be accepted.
Common Invite Errors
- "An invite has already been sent": that email already has a pending invite.
- "User is already a member": the person has already joined your organization.
- "Only owners can send invites": your role is MEMBER.
- Plan upgrade required: team invites are not enabled for your current plan.
