Team Settings

Manage Members and Invitations

Use Team Settings to invite teammates, review active members, revoke pending invites, and remove members.


Open Team Settings

  1. Go to Configuration > Team (or open Configuration > Settings > Team).
  2. You will see:
    • Invite Member form
    • Members table
    • Pending Invites table (if invites exist)

Invite a Team Member

  1. Enter your teammate's email in Invite Member.
  2. Click Send Invite.
  3. The teammate receives an email with an invite link.

Important behavior:

  • Only organization OWNER users can send invites.
  • Team invites are available on PRO and ENTERPRISE plans.
  • Each invite expires after 48 hours.

Manage Existing Members

In the Members table, you can review:

  • Role (OWNER or MEMBER)
  • Join date
  • Last active date

Owners can remove non-owner members using the remove action in the table.


Manage Pending Invites

In Pending Invites, owners can:

  • Check sent and expiry dates
  • Revoke a pending invite

Expired invites are marked as Expired and cannot be accepted.


Common Invite Errors

  • "An invite has already been sent": that email already has a pending invite.
  • "User is already a member": the person has already joined your organization.
  • "Only owners can send invites": your role is MEMBER.
  • Plan upgrade required: team invites are not enabled for your current plan.
