Additional Price Lists

Build Custom Pricing Variants

Additional Price Lists let you select Product List items and apply per-list overrides.

Common use cases:

  • Different pricing by market or branch
  • Premium vs standard packages
  • Partner/channel-specific rates

Open Price Lists

  1. Go to Configuration > Settings > Products & Pricing.
  2. Click Manage Price Lists.

Direct route: /pricing/price-lists

Create, Rename, or Delete a List

  • Create: click Create Price List and enter a unique name.
  • Rename: use the rename action from the list row/card.
  • Delete: use the delete action and confirm.

Edit a Price List

  1. Open a list using Edit.
  2. Use Include checkboxes to control which products belong to this list.
  3. Optionally set overrides per item:
    • Override Price
    • Margin %
  4. Review Effective Price.
  5. Click Save.

Reset Behavior

  • Reset in the editor discards unsaved changes and restores the last saved state.
  • Row-level reset icons clear individual overrides.

How Overrides Work

For included items:

  • Override values take priority.
  • If an override is blank, base Product List values are used.

If an item is not included:

  • It is excluded from that additional price list.
  • Override values are cleared for that list context.
