Manage Product List Items

Add and Edit Default Pricing Items

Use the Product List editor to maintain your master items.

Direct route: /pricing/productlist


Open the Product List Editor

  1. Go to Configuration > Settings > Products & Pricing.
  2. In Product List (default pricing), click the edit (pencil) icon.

You can also open /pricing/productlist directly.


Add a New Item

  1. Click Add item.
  2. Fill in:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Unit
    • Material
    • Labor
    • Margin (%)
    • Price
    • Tax exempt (optional)
  3. Click Save.

Notes:

  • Name is required and must be unique within your organization.
  • If you edit Material/Labor/Margin, price auto-calculates as: Price = (Material + Labor) * (1 + Margin/100)
  • You can manually override the price before saving.

Edit an Existing Item

  1. Find the item in the list.
  2. Click the item edit (pencil) action.
  3. Update fields and click Update.

Changes update the base item used by pricing workflows.


Search and Review Items

Use the search bar to filter by name, description, or unit.

The header also shows:

  • Total item count
  • Currently selected row count
